1. Digital Products
Due to the immediate, non-returnable nature of digital products, all sales are considered final and non-refundable once the order is confirmed and the product link has been sent.

2. Physical Products
a. Perishable Goods
All sales of perishable goods are final. Due to the nature of these products, we cannot accept returns.

b. Project-Based & Multi-Session Packages
These packages represent a significant commitment of our time and resources, beginning from the moment of purchase.
- Initial Cancellation: You may cancel and receive a full refund within 48 hours of purchase, provided that no services have been rendered and no proprietary materials (like workbooks or plans) have been sent to you.
- After Work Begins: Once the service has commenced (including any initial research, onboarding, or sending of materials), payments are non-refundable. You are paying for our time, expertise, and the intellectual property shared.
- Stopping the Service: You may choose to discontinue the service at any time, but you will not be refunded for any payments already made. If you are on a payment plan, you will not be billed for future payments for services not yet rendered.
